This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Digital Agency Nof HaGalil ("we", "us") collects through the website nofhagalil.co.il (the "Website"), why, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect

• Contact form. When you send a message: your name, email address, the subject and text of the message, the language version of the Website, your IP address, and your confirmation that you accept these policies. You are not legally required to provide this data, but without it we cannot answer you.
• Technical data. When you open the Website, our hosting provider's server automatically records standard log data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device type, and referring page.
• Cookies. See section 6.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, do not create user accounts, and do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. Why we use the data

• to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer if you ask for one (legal basis under GDPR: steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries);
• to protect the Website from spam and abuse, including limiting the number of messages from one IP address (legitimate interest);
• to keep the Website secure and working (legitimate interest);
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for marketing mailings without your separate consent and do not sell it to anyone.

4. Who receives the data

• our hosting provider (SiteGround), which hosts the Website and processes server logs and outgoing email;
• our email service provider, through which your message reaches our mailbox;
• Google, when your browser loads Google Fonts used on the Website (Google receives your IP address);
• authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside Israel, including in the EU and the USA, subject to appropriate safeguards required by law.

5. How long we keep the data

Messages from the contact form are kept in our mailbox as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last correspondence, unless the law requires longer storage. Anti-spam records (a one-way hash of the IP address with the time of sending) are deleted within one hour. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period according to its policy.

6. Cookies

The Website sets only one cookie, plg_system_djcookiemonster_informed, which remembers that you have closed the cookie notice so that it is not shown again. It contains no personal data. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Google Fonts may process technical data as described in Google's own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to request its correction or deletion. Visitors from the EU also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@nofhagalil.co.il. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority of your EU country of residence.

8. Security

The Website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
